Back from the Study Tour, Brimming with Answers | Yifa Global Fashion Trend City Study Tour

When we set out, we carried one question: As China's fashion industry continues to move forward, how can the future industrial ecosystem be redefined?

From Paris to Milan, five cities, multiple sites. But more important than "where we went" is "what we brought back."

【Brought back a new understanding of brands going global】
In Paris, we visited the MEILLEUR MOMENT (Paris) store under EIFINI Group, and also stepped into commercial spaces such as La Samaritaine and Le Marais, as well as the studios and showroom clusters in the Sentier district. What we saw: for a brand to go global, it must not only take root in channels, but also be seen in lifestyles. For Chinese brands to go global, product output alone is not enough; they also need channel networks, brand expression, and local connections.

【Brought back a new understanding of the source of manufacturing】
In Prato, from dyeing and washing factories to knitwear showrooms, and then to automated cutting machines, we stepped into the manufacturing frontlines of Europe's textile and quick-response supply chain. We observed production lines on site and conducted in-depth research on the development models of Italy's textile supporting and garment processing industries. What we saw: manufacturing going global means factories land locally, but what connects is the industrial chain, channels, and trust.

【Brought back a new discovery of "small but strong"】
In Carpi, we visited foreign designer brand companies and designer studios, seeing how small teams rapidly connect R&D, fabrics, pattern rooms, and manufacturing, and embed themselves in high-end supply chains. Small enterprises embed themselves into high-end supply chains through specialized expertise. Manufacturing upgrading does not only rely on scaling up; it can also rely on going deeper, more specialized, and faster.

【Brought back new thinking on connecting global resources】
In Milan, we visited the WHITE Show in the Tortona district and surrounding showrooms to capture European apparel trends. At the MUDEC Museum, the Armani Museum, and the Central Asian Designers Show, we saw how brands use products, spaces, influence, and aesthetics to accumulate long-term assets. What we saw: trends, channels, classics, and emerging forces converge here.

On this journey, what we brought back was not observations, but direction, methods, and action.
Let design have its source, let manufacturing have value, let brands have expression, and let the global market have an interface.
This is the answer brought back from the European frontlines, and it is also Yifa's next step.

On this journey, we went to the frontlines to find answers.
On the next journey, we will turn answers into action.
Starting from Hangzhou, connecting the world.
