Rooted in Puyuan, the core hub of China's knitting industry, the project focuses on core products such as knitwear, wool and cashmere. Positioned as a source base for mid-to-high-end original goods, it is built into an industrial complex integrating brand exhibition, design, R&D and manufacturing. Adopting the integrated "shops-with-factories" layout, it realizes one-stop services for exhibition, order receiving, design, sampling and production, and builds an efficiently collaborative ecological platform for the knitting industry.
This represents a significant strategic move by Yifa in the knitwear sector. The Puyuan project is located at the heart of the market cluster (just 1 km from the main market), with a total construction area of nearly 160,000 square meters. It is the first high-end apparel industry base to fully integrate the "front-store, back-factory" model. In the future, it will forge industrial synergy with markets in Hangzhou, jointly driving brand and industry upgrading.
