With a total planned area of 1,700 mu, its first phase covering 400 mu is fully operational. Featuring diverse spaces including standalone headquarters buildings, flexible factories, multi-functional industrial buildings, duplex exhibition halls and talent apartments, it enables one-stop efficient collaboration across design & R&D, production & manufacturing, brand launching and global exhibition & trade. It drives the industry to upgrade from fragmented operation to ecological collaboration, and shift from cost-oriented development to value creation.
